Life & More was established by Leonie Berger in 2004, after some 16 years working in the South Australian public sector.  Leonie is a registered fitness professional, Pilates instructor, and a qualified Life Coach, and operates a private Weight loss, Personal Training, Pilates, Group Fitness and Life Coaching Studio at 127 Black Road, Flagstaff Hill.

Life & More is a 'Fitness Australia recognised provider', which is a quality assurance accreditation. Fitness businesses with this accreditation are bound by an industry code of practice, which governs all aspects of their day-to-day running from safety practices and qualified staff to customer service ethics. This accreditation represents attainment of a high level of professionalism and service for clients.

Leonie lives in the Flagstaff Hill area, and is passionate about making health and fitness accessible to everyone. She is committed to helping people achieve their goals and dreams by having a plan and providing the necessary support and encouragement through the various services Life & More offers.
