Booté Fit - Outdoor Adventure Fitness
Every Saturday morning at 0730 a group of very enthusiastic individuals come together to experience fitness outdoors in some of the Adelaide Hills most spectacular areas. This one hour session is tailored to meet the needs and goals of all participants. Group size is limited to seven participants so bookings are essential.
Circuit 60 is a circuit class with a maximum of 10 participants. This one hour session is on Tuesday nights from 8pm.
H.I.T. = Max Burn
This one hour of high intensity training on Thursday nights from 8pm is suitable for individuals with a high level of fitness wanting to train to the max! Limited to seven (7) participants.
